  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Your choice of additional seasonings (e.g., paprika, garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and soak them in cold water for 15-20 minutes to remove excess starch.
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly, about 1/16-inch thick, using a mandoline.
  3. Dry the potato slices thoroughly with paper towels.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes.
  5. Toss the potato slices with oil and seasonings.
  6. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-7 minutes for even cooking.
  8. Check for doneness and adjust the time as necessary until golden and crispy.

Notes

For extra crunch, dust the potato slices with cornflour before cooking. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
