Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and soak them in cold water for 15-20 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Slice the potatoes thinly, about 1/16-inch thick, using a mandoline.
- Dry the potato slices thoroughly with paper towels.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes.
- Toss the potato slices with oil and seasonings.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-7 minutes for even cooking.
- Check for doneness and adjust the time as necessary until golden and crispy.
Notes
For extra crunch, dust the potato slices with cornflour before cooking. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
