- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 hard taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Optional: guacamole, salsa
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow package instructions to prepare.
- In hard taco shells, layer the seasoned beef, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
- Top with sour cream and guacamole if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
