Instructions
- Place frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and lemon juice into a high-speed blender.
- Process the mixture on high speed until it becomes completely smooth and creamy. Pause to scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Taste and add powdered sugar to achieve your desired sweetness. Blend again to incorporate any sugar.
- Serve immediately for a soft texture or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer consistency.
Notes
For a tropical flavor, consider adding a splash of coconut extract. Store leftovers in a freezer-safe container for up to one week.
