- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 8 ounces goat cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast the red peppers until tender and slightly charred, about 15 minutes.
- Let the peppers cool, then peel off the skins.
- Toast baguette slices in the oven until golden and crisp.
- Spread a generous amount of goat cheese on each crostini.
- Add slices of roasted pepper on top of the cheese.
