Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and peppermint extract, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Divide the dough in half and tint one half with red food coloring.
  6. Roll out the two doughs and gently swirl them together.
  7. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
