Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and peppermint extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Divide the dough in half and tint one half with red food coloring.
- Roll out the two doughs and gently swirl them together.
