Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups crushed Oreos
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and melted butter, and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface, then spread crushed Oreos mixed with cinnamon and sugar on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into 12 rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to create the glaze and drizzle over the warm rolls before serving.
