Description

Delightful cinnamon rolls combined with the chocolatey crunch of Oreos, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups crushed Oreos
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter, and knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, then spread crushed Oreos mixed with cinnamon and sugar on top.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and slice into 12 rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and milk to create the glaze and drizzle over the warm rolls before serving.
