Description

A rich, no-bake dessert that layers coffee-kissed chocolate pudding, creamy filling, and crushed Oreos for a crowd-pleasing treat.


Ingredients

  • 36 Oreos (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip or 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos and reserve some crumbs for topping.
  2. Whisk the instant chocolate pudding with 4 cups cold milk for 2 minutes until thick.
  3. Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in the Cool Whip or whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir the instant espresso powder into the pudding.
  6. Layer the cookie crumbs, pudding, and cream cheese mixture in a 9×13-inch pan.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until firm.
  8. Garnish with reserved cookie crumbs and chocolate shavings before serving.
