Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and clean the mason jars.
- If desired, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper for homemade dressing.
- Pour the dressing at the bottom of each jar.
- Add the cucumbers and bell peppers for a solid base.
- Layer in the chickpeas followed by the cherry tomatoes.
- Pack the fresh greens on top to keep your salad crisp.
- Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate until ready to eat.
- When serving, shake the jar to mix the dressing or pour it onto a plate.
