Description

A luscious no-bake mousse featuring rich chocolate and tart raspberries, perfect for romantic dinners or festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 200g high-quality dark chocolate (60-70% cacao)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup pureed raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • Fresh raspberries and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler, gently melt the dark chocolate until smooth, stirring constantly.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the pureed raspberries into the melted chocolate gently.
  4. Carefully fold in the whipped cream until fully combined, maintaining the light texture.
  5. Layer the mousse mixture in clear glass cups.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute coconut cream for heavy cream. This mousse can be prepared a day in advance.
