Description

A low-calorie gelatin snack used as a ‘bridge’ between meals to keep cravings at bay.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 packet sugar free flavored gelatin (any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Optional: a squeeze of lemon or lime
  • Optional: a few berries or sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Pour the gelatin powder into a bowl.
  2. Add the boiling water and stir for about 1 to 2 minutes until dissolved.
  3. Stir in the cold water to help it set faster.
  4. If using lemon or lime, add it now.
  5. Pour into a glass dish or small cups.
  6. Chill for 2 to 4 hours until firm.
