Ingredients

- 1 packet sugar free flavored gelatin (any flavor)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- Optional: a squeeze of lemon or lime
- Optional: a few berries or sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Pour the gelatin powder into a bowl.
- Add the boiling water and stir for about 1 to 2 minutes until dissolved.
- Stir in the cold water to help it set faster.
- If using lemon or lime, add it now.
- Pour into a glass dish or small cups.
- Chill for 2 to 4 hours until firm.
