  • Total Time: 180 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup apple juice or apple cider
  • 1 box (3 oz) cinnamon or apple-flavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup vodka or cinnamon whisky
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Cinnamon or apple pie spice (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil the apple juice or cider in a pot.
  2. Pour the boiling juice over the jello powder in a mixing bowl and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Set the mixture aside to cool for a minute.
  4. Add the vodka and cold water, then stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into plastic shot cups placed on a baking sheet.
  6. Chill in the fridge for about three hours or until set.
  7. Optionally, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or apple pie spice before serving.

Notes

For added flair, consider topping each jello shot with a slice of apple or a cute cinnamon stick. These shots can be made a day ahead, and they taste best when cold and fully set.
