Instructions
- Cream together unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly combine wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries and chocolate chunks.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set but still soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For thicker cookies, chill the dough for about 30 minutes before baking.
