- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting. Lightly spray the paper with nonstick spray if desired.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the fudge, then gently swirl them into the fudge using a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect.
- Chill the pan in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes, or until the fudge is firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the overhanging parchment, cut it into squares, and serve.
Notes
For a different taste, try adding chopped nuts or using white chocolate instead of semi-sweet chocolate.
