Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting. Lightly spray the paper with nonstick spray if desired.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the fudge, then gently swirl them into the fudge using a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect.
  5. Chill the pan in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes, or until the fudge is firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the overhanging parchment, cut it into squares, and serve.

Notes

For a different taste, try adding chopped nuts or using white chocolate instead of semi-sweet chocolate.
