- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened at room temperature)
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar (adjust to taste for sweetness)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (adds flavor depth)
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2–3 medium Apples (for dipping, Granny Smith or any tart variety)
Instructions
- Softene the cream cheese at room temperature.
- Add a splash of vanilla extract and brown sugar to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Dollop the caramel sauce on top of the mixture and gently swirl with a knife.
- Chop the tart apples for dipping.
- Optional: Toast some chopped nuts and sprinkle them on top before serving.
Notes
Can be customized with honey or maple syrup instead of caramel or flavored cream cheeses.
