Description

Delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries in a crispy cone.


Ingredients

  • 6 waffle cones
  • 8 oz brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Fresh berries and mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter to make the crunch topping.
  5. Fill each waffle cone with the cheesecake mixture, then top generously with the crunch topping.
  6. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

To prevent soggy cones, fill them just before serving and store any leftover filling in the fridge.
