Description

Warm, flaky crescent rolls filled with melty cheese that are quick to make and impossible to resist, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tsp softened cream cheese per triangle
  • 1 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese per triangle
  • 1 beaten egg for egg wash
  • Optionally, a splash of water for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place a teaspoon of softened cream cheese and about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar near the wide end of each triangle.
  3. Roll the dough toward the point of the triangle.
  4. Bake seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 12–15 minutes.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a glossy finish.
  6. Let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Chill the filled triangles for 10 minutes before baking to keep the filling from leaking.
