Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (sage or thyme)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and celery until softened (about 5 minutes).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, eggs, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to overmix the ingredients, as this can make the stuffing balls tough. Feel free to add other herbs or spices according to your taste. You can also mix in some chopped walnuts or pecans for added crunch.
