Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and egg yolks, mixing until everything is smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon dollops of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming nice round shapes.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Add herbs or spices for variations.
