Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and egg yolks, mixing until everything is smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon dollops of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming nice round shapes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Add herbs or spices for variations.
