Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
- Measure out the blueberries and rinse if using fresh.
- Add the blueberries to the blender first.
- Add the yogurt next.
- Pour in the milk.
- Drizzle in the honey or maple syrup.
- Add ice if using fresh blueberries.
- Blend on low, then increase to high until smooth.
- Scrape down the sides as needed and blend until creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve chilled or garnish with extra blueberries or mint for a fancy touch. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
