Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter or cooking spray (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, eggs, milk, honey (or sugar), vanilla, rolled oats, and cinnamon.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries, being careful not to mash them.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the middle is set.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
