- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Carefully add blueberries to the batter, being cautious not to overmix.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
