  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest; mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  5. Carefully add blueberries to the batter, being cautious not to overmix.
  6. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
