Description

Ingredients

  • 2 navel oranges, sliced
  • 1 pink grapefruit, segmented
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 4 cups leafy greens (arugula or spinach)
  • 1/4 cup light citrus vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Slice the oranges and segment the grapefruit, removing the pith.

Notes
