Description

Bright, creamy dessert bars that balance sweet white chocolate with tart raspberry swirls, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh or thawed raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for raspberry puree)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Press the graham cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter into the bottom of the pan and bake for 8-10 minutes to set.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
  5. Stir in melted white chocolate and sour cream until fully incorporated.
  6. Spoon most of the filling into the pan, droppping raspberry puree by spoonfuls, then add the remaining filling on top.
  7. Use a skewer to create swirls in the mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
