Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a tart pan. Bake for 8 minutes until it turns golden brown.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in short bursts. Stir until the chocolate is smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until well combined.
  6. Fold in the cranberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  7. Pour the filling into the cooled tart crust, spread it evenly, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled, with optional whipped cream and a garnish of cranberries or powdered sugar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
