- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a tart pan. Bake for 8 minutes until it turns golden brown.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in short bursts. Stir until the chocolate is smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Fold in the cranberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Pour the filling into the cooled tart crust, spread it evenly, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled, with optional whipped cream and a garnish of cranberries or powdered sugar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
