Description

Delicious cookies that combine sweet white chocolate with tart cranberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  9. Allow to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for better flavor and texture. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week.
