Instructions

- Roast carrots with garlic for a sweet crunch.
- Add daikon radish to salads or stir-fries.
- Roast sweet potatoes with five-spice powder.
- Stir-fry mushrooms with garlic and soy sauce.
- Slice and roast eggplant and zucchini at 350°F.
- Grill asparagus brushed with soy sauce.
- Roast Brussels sprouts until crispy.
- Grill or stir-fry corn kernels with butter and garlic.
