- Chinese egg noodles (thick and chewy)

Instructions
- Boil the Chinese egg noodles for 2-3 minutes if fresh or 5-6 minutes if dried. Drain and set aside.
- In a large wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Incorporate the vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Add the protein of your choice and cook until done.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and add soy sauce and oyster sauce; mix well until noodles are coated.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
