- 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- If a thicker sauce is desired, cook in a pan for 5 minutes.

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
