  • Baby bok choy

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add oil and stir-fry firmer vegetables like broccoli and bell peppers for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add shiitake mushrooms and snow peas, stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Finally, toss in leafy greens like bok choy and choy sum, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until just wilted.
  5. Season with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to taste.

Notes

For even cooking, cut vegetables into similar sizes. Serve hot over rice for a complete meal.
