Instructions
- Boil the egg noodles according to the type: Wonton noodles for 60-90 seconds, lo mein for 3-5 minutes.
- Rinse noodles in cold water if using for soups.
- Stir-fry the properly cooked noodles with vegetables and sauce for 5 minutes.
