A refreshing fruit salad combining watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, and cherries, dressed in a tangy lime and mint dressing.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (approximately 600 g) watermelon, cubed into 2.5 cm pieces
  • 1.5 cups (225 g) strawberries, sliced
  • 1.5 cups (180 g) raspberries
  • 1.5 cups (210 g) cherries, pitted and halved
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1.5 teaspoons (3 g) lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon (2 g) fresh mint, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together agave syrup, lime juice, lime zest, and finely chopped mint until blended well.
  2. Cube the watermelon and slice the strawberries.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, raspberries, and halved cherries.
  4. Drizzle the lime mint dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss everything to coat.
  5. Before serving, garnish with extra torn mint leaves for an added touch of freshness.

Notes

Serve chilled for best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 1 to 2 days.
