Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240 g) sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 oz/28 g) ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups (about 300 g) shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix softened cream cheese with sour cream, ranch seasoning, shredded chicken, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×9-inch dish or a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
  4. Top with additional 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
