A delightful coffee drink that combines the rich flavor of coffee with the sweet and smooth taste of vanilla, perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso
- 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp sugar or sweetener (to taste)
- Optional: Sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
- Brew a shot of espresso or a cup of strong coffee.
- In a saucepan, gently heat the milk over low heat until it’s steaming (but don’t let it boil!).
- Stir in the vanilla extract and add your preferred amount of sugar.
- Froth the milk using a frother or whisk until it’s light and airy.
- Pour the brewed coffee into your favorite mug, then gently add the frothed milk on top.
- If you’re feeling fancy, finish it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon!
Notes
For a creamier texture, heat your milk until it’s just about to boil before frothing. Experiment with sweeteners like honey or maple syrup if you’re watching your sugar intake.
