Description

A delightful coffee drink that combines the rich flavor of coffee with the sweet and smooth taste of vanilla, perfect for any time of day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp sugar or sweetener (to taste)
  • Optional: Sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso or a cup of strong coffee.
  2. In a saucepan, gently heat the milk over low heat until it’s steaming (but don’t let it boil!).
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and add your preferred amount of sugar.
  4. Froth the milk using a frother or whisk until it’s light and airy.
  5. Pour the brewed coffee into your favorite mug, then gently add the frothed milk on top.
  6. If you’re feeling fancy, finish it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon!

Notes

For a creamier texture, heat your milk until it’s just about to boil before frothing. Experiment with sweeteners like honey or maple syrup if you’re watching your sugar intake.
