An easy, showy snack that mixes crunchy popcorn with smooth white chocolate and festive sprinkles, perfect for parties and gifting.

- 12 cups popped popcorn (about 1/2 cup kernels before popping)
- 8 oz (225 g) white chocolate chips or chopped couverture
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil (coconut or vegetable)
- Red sugar crystals
- 1–2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry powder
- Heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Remove any unpopped kernels from the popped popcorn.
- Melt the white chocolate and neutral oil in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler in 20-30 second bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Toss the popcorn in a large bowl and pour the melted chocolate over it, folding quickly to coat.
- Optionally, spread popcorn on a parchment-lined sheet for drizzling.
- Immediately sprinkle with red sugar crystals, freeze-dried strawberry powder, and heart sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4–5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
