Description

Ingredients

  • 10 ripe saba bananas (or regular bananas)
  • 10 spring roll wrappers
  • Brown sugar, for sprinkling
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas in half lengthwise.
  2. Place each banana half on a spring roll wrapper and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  3. Roll the wrapper tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the rolls in small batches until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
