Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
- Mix softened cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar until smooth; spread over the crust.
- Prepare chocolate pudding with milk according to package instructions; layer over the cream cheese mixture.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate pudding layer.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of the caramel layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
