Description

A triple-layered, flavor-packed classic that elevates a simple lunch into a satisfying meal with bacon, turkey, tomato, and garlicky aioli.


Ingredients

  • 12 slices of bread
  • 8 slices of crispy bacon
  • 1 pound thinly sliced turkey
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Crisp the bacon on a rimmed baking sheet at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until evenly browned.
  2. Prepare garlic aioli by whisking together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Toast the bread slices in a skillet over medium heat with butter for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Warm the turkey in the skillet for 30–60 seconds per side to remove chill.
  5. Assemble the sandwich layers: bread, aioli, lettuce, tomato, turkey, bacon, and repeat.
  6. Secure with skewers, cut into quarters, and serve.
