- 2 lbs organic chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 tablespoons Tuscan Marry Me blend
- 1.5 cups organic heavy cream
- 1 cup organic chicken stock/broth
- 3 tablespoons white cooking wine
- 0.5 lemon, freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon organic tomato paste
- 1 cup freshly-grated parmesan
- 1–2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup organic kale, chopped
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with sea salt.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the Tuscan Marry Me blend, heavy cream, chicken stock, white cooking wine, lemon juice, and tomato paste. Mix well.
- Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and let it cook for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add the parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and add the grape tomatoes and chopped kale. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until everything is cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in the Tuscan blend for a few hours before cooking. If the sauce gets too thick, add a bit more chicken broth to achieve the desired consistency.
