- 1 big wheat flour tortilla
- 4 slices deli turkey breast, oven-roasted
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 4 cooked bacon strips
- 2 cheddar cheese slices
- 3 fresh tomato slices, thin
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
Instructions
- Put the wheat tortilla down flat on your board.
- Spread ranch dressing right in the middle using a spatula.
- Toss on bacon, cheddar, turkey, tomatoes, and lettuce so everything’s spread out over the ranch.
- Tuck the bottom of the tortilla up over the fillings, fold the sides in, and then roll it all up snug.
- Cut in half if you want, then dig in.
Notes
Serve with fresh fruit, potato chips, or a simple salad on the side for added flavors and textures. Best enjoyed within a day if stored.
