Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt or sour cream with chopped dill, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
Use full-fat yogurt for a richer flavor. This sauce is also great with veggies and can be made ahead of time for convenience.
