Description

Indulge in chewy cookies packed with miniature Reese’s cups, creamy peanut butter, and rich chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini Reese’s cups, chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream together softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in mini Reese’s cups and chocolate chips.
  6. Chill the dough for 30 minutes if desired.
  7. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until slightly underbaked.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Freeze for longer storage.
