Instructions
- Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in the flour, toffee bits, salt, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Shape the dough into logs, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the chilled dough into 1/4-inch thick cookies and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden at the edges.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
