Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Mix in the flour, toffee bits, salt, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Shape the dough into logs, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Slice the chilled dough into 1/4-inch thick cookies and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden at the edges.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
