- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

- Crusty bread or crostini for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
- In a skillet, sauté the garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until blistered. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer the sautéed tomatoes on top of the cheese mixture in an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh basil, and serve warm with crusty bread or crostini.
Notes
