Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes using a box grater.
- Squeeze out all excess water using a towel or paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the potato mixture to the pan and let it cook undisturbed until golden brown on one side.
- Flip the hash browns and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

For extra crunch, use more oil and let the hash browns sit undisturbed while cooking.
