- 1 (9-inch) pie crust (pre-made or homemade)
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 cups apples, sliced (preferably Granny Smith)
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your pie crust and fit it into a pie dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg for the pumpkin pie filling.
- For the pecan pie filling, combine the chopped pecans, eggs, and the brown sugar mixture.
- For the apple pie filling, mix the sliced apples with some sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour each filling into their respective crusts, taking care not to overfill.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, until the pies are golden brown and slightly jiggly in the center.
- Let the pies cool on wire racks before slicing and serving.
