Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust (pre-made or homemade)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

  2. Roll out your pie crust and fit it into a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg for the pumpkin pie filling.
  4. For the pecan pie filling, combine the chopped pecans, eggs, and the brown sugar mixture.
  5. For the apple pie filling, mix the sliced apples with some sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Pour each filling into their respective crusts, taking care not to overfill.
  7. Bake for 45-60 minutes, until the pies are golden brown and slightly jiggly in the center.
  8. Let the pies cool on wire racks before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Add whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra sweetness.
