Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Marinate the chicken for at least 20 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar until smooth.
- Spread the peanut sauce over the pizza dough, then layer with cooked chicken, red bell pepper, carrot, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with torn basil and chopped cilantro before serving.
- Slice the pizza and serve hot with lime wedges.
