Delicious and easy Thai Basil Beef Rolls with fresh basil and tender beef, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced beef
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Soy sauce
  • Fish sauce
  • Garlic
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Take a basil leaf and place a slice of marinated beef on top.
  4. Roll the basil leaf around the beef tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the rolls until the beef is browned and cooked through. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauce like sweet chili sauce or more soy sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
