Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Lime for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or tawa over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin and mustard seeds; sauté until they start to pop.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, and salt; mix well.
  5. Add cooked rice and garam masala; mix everything together on high heat.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with lime.

Notes

Using day-old rice helps achieve the best texture. Adjust spices to suit your taste.
