- 4 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- White chocolate or sweetened cream cheese for filling
- Nonstick oil spray
Instructions
- Melt the butter and marshmallows together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Fold in the Fruity Pebbles until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture into a thin rectangle on plastic wrap or a silicone mat.
- Press a strip of white chocolate or sweetened cream cheese down the center as the filling.
- Roll tightly using the plastic wrap.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes, then slice into sushi-style pieces.
Notes
Spray knife with nonstick oil for cleaner cuts. Store in an airtight container for maximum freshness.
