Description

Turn colorful cereal into bite-sized, no-bake ‘sushi’ rolls that kids and adults will love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • White chocolate or sweetened cream cheese for filling
  • Nonstick oil spray

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and marshmallows together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture into a thin rectangle on plastic wrap or a silicone mat.
  4. Press a strip of white chocolate or sweetened cream cheese down the center as the filling.
  5. Roll tightly using the plastic wrap.
  6. Chill for 10–15 minutes, then slice into sushi-style pieces.

Notes

Spray knife with nonstick oil for cleaner cuts. Store in an airtight container for maximum freshness.
