- 16 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pepper jelly
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans (or herbs)
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese at room temperature for 20–30 minutes or microwave in short bursts.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, pepper jelly, cheddar, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and seasoning until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape into a tight ball, and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, unwrap and roll the cheese ball in toasted pecans or herbs, optionally brushing with extra jelly for shine.
Notes
Adjust the pepper jelly’s heat level to suit your crowd. Serve with a variety of crackers, veggies, or crostini.
